920 W. 28th Street is an all girl sorority style house exclusively for USC students. The house consists of furnished Single private rooms, furnished Double rooms, and shared common spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, gym, living room, and study room). Onsite laundry and parking is also available for an additional cost. We are currently renting for the 2025 2026 academic year so please reach out if you are a USC student in need of a great housing solution. Please note that the $1,000/month rate is for a shared double room.
