Step five- I will negotiate successfully and open escrow and gather all documents necessary. There are many details involved in buying or selling and it requires a great deal of communication with all parties involved in the transaction. Home inspection, Title company, Escow officer, Compliance services & retrofitting, Pest control and in some cases more.
